Trade Days Prospective Vendor Letter

Dear Prospective Exhibitor:

We would like to take this opportunity invite you to come to historic Stanton, Texas for Old Sorehead Trade Days. 2011 will be our 19th year to hold the event and each show promises to be a huge success. The October 2009 show alone brought over 600 vendor spaces and 30,000 people to our small town.

Show dates for 2011: April 9th & 10th, June 11th & 12th, October 8th & 9th

If you decide to participate, it is important that you fill out the enclosed registration form and return it with your full booth fee. Upon receiving this fee, a confirmation packet will be mailed to you. Please note that this booth fee is refundable upon cancellation 30 days prior to the show, less a $10 refund fee.
